Our priority is to protect our community members from illness, including COVID-19, by adhering to infection prevention recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and state health officials.
The following is a summary of our COVID-19 Infection Prevention and Response Action Plan.
To protect the health and safety of our community members, individuals are asked to postpone visiting Country Manor Memory Care if, during the previous 10 days, they tested positive for COVID-19, experienced symptoms of respiratory illness, or were exposed to COVID-19. If a visit is postponed, our team is available to assist residents and their loved ones in using alternative communication methods to remain connected. It is our privilege to coordinate and accommodate visits that enhance individuals’ wellness and quality of life while maintaining the comfort and safety of all.
